There’s always plenty of rain and mist in the Washington Cascades…very nice for the mosses/lichens. Bring the Gore-Tex.

Delton: We don’t get too many forest shot s in Flora so this is a nice treat. The density of the moss throughout the frame is handled very well and the broken stump on the right side provides some nice context. Well seen and very nicely captured and presented. >=))>

This is a really cool shot Delton. I love the mosses hanging from the trees, and yes, I agree with @Bill_Fach about the broken stump adding dimension, and context as well.
