This image has some interesting stormy weather and light in it. I think your composition does a good job of telling a story about these weather conditions.
To me the more interesting aspects of this image are the trees and the rocks. I like how the rocks pull my eye in the bright light in the URC. I think a crop from the bottom to reduce the amount of water in the near foreground would make the rocks more prominent, without losing very much of the overall story of the image.
