The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.
Description
I rarely use my A77II DSLR anymore but there are occasions when I want some extra reach or magnification and will break it out with the 70-400 or the 200mm macro. I was using it the other day on a different subject and when I downloaded the card these images of a pair of our gerbera daisies were hanging out from a session I had with them in April. I couldn’t get close enough to them with my full frame 70-200 and I just forgot that I hadn’t imported them. >=))>
Specific Feedback
This is a limited stack because I thought the 4 shots got what I wanted to be sharp sufficiently well captured. Your thoughts?

I like the two flowers, Bill. They work quite well together. I do find the brownish area in the lower left a bit distracting and I could see a bit more room at the top if you have it or want to generate it.
Bill, the name is perfect for this duo. With the nicely blurred BG I would add more space at the top as suggested by @Dennis_Plank. Also, the area he mentions in the lower left maybe go with changing the brown with green there. No nits at all, just ideas for some second looks or options. The image is very solid as presented…
Wonderful! I’m glad they escaped from your spare camera – they deserve to be let out in public!
I would second a little more at the top. There is a slight double image on some of the top petals due to stacking – maybe a slight breeze. I don’t mind the brown area but it could be fun to fix it. I think that corner is a candidate to try a graduated burn to balance the visual weight on the top and right.
I like that you caught both profiles; from the front and the side. They make a nice compliment to each other.
I think the focus depth works well, because the blurred background helps to emphasize the flowers. I see the doubling that @Diane_Miller mentions, and that would be an easy fix to touch up if you wanted to print this large at some point.
Bill, the juxtaposed positions of the two flowers looks great. Their colors stand out well from the mostly green surroundings. I’m fine with the tightness at the top. It gives me the feeling that they’re about to burst out of the frame. I also like how well the right flower fills the space and how the two flowers stand out from the background. I do see a bit of stack “stutter” along the top edge of the upper flower. I really like the subtle colors shifts in the side view of the upper flower. Those petals are lovely in the large view.
