Hi Steve,
This is an interesting scene. I find the out of focus large tree trunk on the left keeps pulling my eye away from the far more interesting scene beyond. I actually see a crop where that tree is taken out and then some off the top and bottom to reveal and present the interesting part. Just a thought. I would crop down to the large frond and up from the bottom to the near water line.
The lighting and colors look fine to me. You managed the sun coming through the forest nicely.
