I photographed this Snowy at Rocky Neck State Park on July 23, at 8:52 AM.
I added the second frame so show the full reflection, not sure about the framing size and in this one I removed a small lump of grass.
Last frame only reflection of legs.

Technical Details

Is this a composite: No
Canon R 5, Canon 100-500mm, f10, 700mm, -1 EV, 1/2000, ISO 400. The shot is cropped by 20% and I removed some of the dark algae from this frame.

I like the proportions in the first one, best, Peter. It does look like it could use just a bit of CCW rotation. Excellent job on the whites.

Thanks Dennis for the comment. I was looking at the shot couldn’t decide if it need to rotate it or not.

The exposure is spot on for bringing out details in the whites. CCW rotation will help and use the long axis of the ellipse for the reflection as your horizon reference. The first image is your strongest comp…Jim
