Is anyone in this group shooting the Nikon Mirrorless Z7II? If so, are you using the lens coupler and how well does it work? I would like to move into mirrorless but not particularly interested in changing out my entire lens bag.
I have a Z6 with the FTZ adapter. It works perfectly with Nikon lenses but I have had some issues with my Tamron 70-300mm (Note that Tamron says it is not compatible) but most times it functions fine. The only other lens I use with the FTZ is a Nikon 105 macro. One thing to consider is that with the adapter the VR runs continuously and needs to be turned off before the lens is removed to lock the VR components.
