About This Image

I got this white-breasted nuthatch doing a “down the hatch” with a suet morsel yesterday. Got lucky.

I am curious if the cropping is working? Exposure?

Hi Dave, seeing the nuthatch gulping down that morsel is quite cute. I’m trying the like the large branch curving through the image as those are typically aspects that I fine appealing. It does tend to dominate though as a fair amount of the bird is obscured. Exposure looks okay but I think some of the whites of the bird maybe over done on the neck.
