Wonderful image Sandy. The autumn color looks spot on and I particularly like the way it seems to be encircling and sheltering the old tombstones. The fact that some of the headstones are not plumb adds to the nostalgic mood you captured. Very nicely done.

When I lived in NH, I used to haunt cemeteries all the time and this brings me back. New England is littered with places like these and they all have a quiet dignity and serenity that I really liked. The perspective is a good one to simplify the way the stones are laid out and I like that you’ve captured the group in the green of the background. Saturation looks about right, too. Scroll cropping to remove the branch in the middle overhead is a nice improvement.

Sandy, this is a fine look at this graveyard surrounded by some lovely fall colors. However, since non-nature images were not specifically included in this topic, I find it too heavy on the non-nature side, so I’m moving it to Everything Else.

A fine image, Sandy. I like the tilting stones, so typical of the older graveyards, and the background colors are wonderful. I like @Kris_Smith idea of getting that one horizontal branch at the top out of the image.

Thanks @Kris_Smith and @Dennis_Plank for the good suggestions - implemented and re-posted.

I love those old marble head stones, and the colors you got from the trees and leaves are amazing. Nice job with the branch removal too on your repost.
