Russ, he’s a real beauty. Thank you for sharing. I like the wing position as there is no doubt that he is in flight. I wonder if you were to crop a bit off the bottom and the left if it would help the composition a little, making it look like he has more room to move in the frame in the direction he is going. Just a thought. Maybe one day I will capture one of these little guys in flight.
An excellent catch, suggesting the power of the wings. So hard to catch them in flight like this - maybe remove the vague halo around antennae and proboscis? Congrats on the EP.
