Very sharp against that background… hope you have the downstroke?

Hi David, nice sharpness and great to lock in the focus against that varied background. Nice wing position and overall composition.

Sweet, David. I like the wing position and the bird is very sharp. The background has a very slight “crinkly” look to me. You might wast to blur it once over lightly.

Nice downstroke, David. It looks in the larger version as if the very tip of the beak got caught up in the blurring of the background.

Possibly but looks okay on my large monitor. This shot was not quite as sharp as the upstroke and required a little more processing.
