Beautiful shot of a tiny butterfly. Love the colors and the soft background.
I do like it, Stephen. Nice details in the BF, and the yellow flowers makes a nice perch. The smooth BG just makes the subject pop.
The smooth background really sets off the subject. The detail is great. I haven’t done a lot of insect photography, but I can find the depth of field to be challenging sometimes.

Well crafted shot! There’s a small amount of detail drop off at some spots along the trailing edges of the wings, but that is expected for this type of shot. Overall, a very pleasing image and I agree that this one deserves a spot among your top-rated images. Well done…Jim
