Mario, this image is very appealing. I like the way you kept the ICM restrained. These aren’t the colors I associate with White Sands but I think they’re effective.

Fine work.

Mario,

Love it! As you already noticed, I too love working with the ICM and extended techniques.

Love that “musicality” reference. I’ve never thought of it that way, but how I do! Thank you! I need to make a better habit of recording the natural scene in addition to any ICM work. I’m bad with that - and then later I often can’t remember the set up… Thanks for the reminder.

I love the subtle references here and of course the colors. This is very beautiful

If I had a suggestion, it’s back to cropping. I think the brighter top area isn’t really adding much to this one. Most of the imapct of this ICM is between the colors, tones and shapes in the lower 3/4. But of course, all a personal preference.

Glad to see someone else posting some ICM’s!

Lovely and intriguing! I would never have guessed at the subject. The shapes are subtle and lovely, as are the colors. I think @Lon_Overacker has a good suggestion for a crop.

Too much sky seems to be the consensus on a number of images I recently posted. Here is an image cropped.

I like this image, Mario, and agree with the cropped sky My eye tends to cirulate nicely though most of this image, but I wonder what bringing up the blue/gray in the lower left would do to it.

Glad the crop appeals to you Dennis. I do like the contrast in LL however.

Thank you @Don_Peters @Dennis_Plank @Lon_Overacker @Diane_Miller for your reviews. The crop certainly improves the imagee.

Stunning image Mario. I love your series from White Sands, especially the ICM images.
