Travelling along this remote section of the Sandy Blight was quite easy. I love the desert country that gives up the colours of reds and spinifex greens.

I am a rather timid drone operator and fear my images suffer from lack of “wowness”. I look for pattern rather than subjects/objects.
Looking for patterns sounds like the way to go! And you found some lovely ones here! The shadows add interest and the colors are wonderful! Let’s see more drone shots – I’m betting you have some lovely opportunities!
I’m still thinking about one. Time to do something.
Glennie: This is really good. The trail leading through the frame in a non-linear mode is perfect and the color and shadows are superb. I’ve been very favorably impressed with what the DJI minis can do and judging by your shooting specs I’m assuming that’s what you’re using. I would like to upgrade from my Mini 3 Pro but don’t do enough drone work to justify it. Need to win the lottery. Anyway, superbly composed and captured. >=))>
Glennie, this looks great. The twisty swath of orange makes a nicely dynamic view. You’ve got lots of interesting details in the trees and shrubs. Being able to see the washboarding in the road speaks to how much detail you have.
