The first thing that catches my eye is the clouds Ulbe. As for your second question I find nothing distracting in the image. This is a relaxing peaceful scene, minimalism at it’s best!
The largest cloud is the answer to both questions for me. The rest of the image is more subtle, so the large cloud catches my eye (neither a positive or a negative in my mind).
