Serenity is the word, Jaapv. Nicely done and seen. What a great way to end a wonderful trip.

It looks like a pearl that’s suspended.

Good call by Igor. It does look like an evening pearl. Cool image.

The problem with sunsets is that digital cameras tend to produce a strong yellow cast in parts of the highlights. This is caused by infrared contamination. I always shift the yellow hue to the left and reduce yellow saturation and luminosity to get rid of it. Often red needs to be tweaked and some magenta added.

Looks like a wonderful way to end the day, Jaapv. I am thoroughly enjoying the warm colors and the serene vibes here. My only suggestion would be a small crop from the right side to move the sun a little from the center of the frame. Certainly not a deal breaker though.

Thanks for the kind comments everybody. I have thought about a non-centric composition, In the end I decided against it, as there would be less of a sense of balance. Now the sun looks suspended in the colour contrast in the sky.
