While I go to Central Park mainly for the birds, Shakespeare Garden is worth the brief detour.

Allen, these are a colorful collection of spring flowers. The shape is the star for the Star of Bethlehem, while the colors pop nicely in #2 and #3.

Oh what a shot of spring these are. The first is especially pleasing with the symmetry and the light. The spray of oof color behind is a nice touch. And tulips…ah I really should plant some one of these days.

Allen: Fine shot s all and a fine collection. I especially envy you the tulip experience as they just do not grow well in our warm climate. Of the three #2 is my first choice with #1 second and #3 the last. On #1 my only suggestion would be to tone down the deep red OOF area on the right edge as it does grab my eye. The capture of the blooms is superb. On #3 I would definitely make the partial flower on the left edge go away. >=))>
