One of the nice features in the old site was the ability to have a signature that was automatically appended to each post. I enjoyed learning a bit about different posters from their signatures and I felt it gave the poster a personality. Is this available on this site - if not, would it be possible to add it?

The information that you’re looking for can be found by clicking on the users avatar. It is still easily accessible but does not clutter up every discussion thread with extra information that doesn’t need to be viewed every time. Signatures add a lot of noise and distract from the discussion, which is the most important thing.
