I was going to post some of the 22 turkeys I saw on my walk yesterday, but Dianne and Dave beat me too it. Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving NPN community. I liked the setting for this Ruby-crowned Kinglet.

These are very rare in my neck of the woods. They sure are pretty though. And they are very quick as Dennis states. I’ve noticed that you have several images of these little guys. Why don’t you send a few up my way?

This cute little one will do substitute duty very nicely! Wonderful soft light, colors and detail. Looks like you have a Hawthorn, too. I could see a twofer with a vertical here, too.

@Allen_Brooks is quicker than the kinglet. I like berries on the rh side of the frame, You might try a vertical crop like @Diane_Miller has suggested. Well done…Jim

Nice catch Allen. A very fast moving and so hard to capture. Love the setting here and the background. Sharpness on the bird looks great. I think either the original composition or a vertical would be a winner.
