Any thoughts on composition and how well the reflections work in these images? I was glad to be able to include the golden slippers in each image.

All well done-sharp and whites looking good. The third would be my favorite as the landing pose is more directed at the viewer and perhaps shows the best sense of environment. The reflections seem to be a necessary part of all three images and in the first helps differentiate between sky and water.

KILLER images!!! These are what we all would love to get.
Whites are excellent, poses great, reflections perfect - and the BG is very complimentary. I love them all, but am partial to the first. The last might use a bit of leveling.
Just exceptional !

All are wonderful but that firsts one is at least a 12/10! I love it!! Water color is great, whites and feather detail are just excellent. The framing of the reflections couldn’t be better, in all of them!

When I see a shot like the first one I always wonder where the water surface is – I assume halfway between the wingtip and its reflection, which would be what, 2-3"?? Completely cool. I guess looking forward he has a good perspective on how much clearance he has.

All excellent reflection shots, Allen. The first is my favorite because of that mirror smooth water that confuses the eye so completely.

A nice series and like the first one with the smooth surroundings and reflection. The pose in the last one is excellent too…Jim

These are all amazing. I particularly like the first one - the water is so smooth you almost can’t tell it is water. All Beautiful!

All three images are so good. The whites are handled perfectly. Poses and BGs are beautiful. I vote for the last as a favourite. Maybe a slight counter clockwise rotation?

Excellent images all, Allen. You chose a very good species for capturing the reflection. The lighting makes the egrets and their reflection pop. I think some of the images may need a CCW rotation. The reflection in the second and possibly the third image do not seem to line up with the subject. Not sure if this is an illusion.

Although I would have been very happy with each and everyone of these images, the first one would go on my wall. I cannot tell exactly why, but maybe because it looks more at eye level than the 2 others? The 3 pictures are a job well done and a big source of inspiration. Keeping the white so clear and defined, is quite a challenge.
Looking forward to more of this.
