Description

When I first got my 100mm macro lens, I brought this salsify bloom home that I found on a walk so I could practice with it. I used a colored poster board behind it and it was lit with just window light.

Chris, this has almost an ethereal quality to it. I love the soft textures, soft light and wonderful colors. This is a beautiful artistic image.

This is really beautiful. Were you doing any intentional camera movement or just still shots? Either way, this is very artistic and the soft colors are great.
