What a great morning!
I like how the angle of the bank leads the eye. Did you try cropping the trees out on the right? I find my eye follows the bank and ends up at the trees. Directing the eye to the glow may add value.
I’d also consider raising the really dark areas to reveal a little more detail

Yes, a beautiful sunrise, David. The pull of the water, some great colors in the sky and reflections and the good detail in the darker regions do a fine job of putting me right there.
