This a my fav subjects. More or less abstract / unusual images of spiders, ice structures and the biofilm of Leptothrix bacteria.

Technical Details

The images of the spiders are made with the Sigma 180mm f/2.8 macro, a great sense. Mostly f/2.8 or f/4. The ice structure is made with the sigma 24-70mm, f/10.

Rob yes, an excellent collection. Colorful death has great thin film colors contrasted well by the dead insect.

This is a wonderful collection of intimate scenes and abstracts. All are very creative and unusual. I particularly like the Ice Structure for it’s shapes and textures. BTW, welcome to NPN.
