Description

Abundant water in this mountain stream , provided some interesting patterns . Therefore, I put the fly rod down and pulled out the camera.

Beautiful lines and patterns here, and the B&W treatment is perfect. Your comp works very well. The large version is fairly noisy; perhaps this was a large crop?

James: Marvelous conversion and comp. Not sure it’s noise or perhaps a touch over sharpened but I like it pretty much as is. Well seen, composed, captured and presented. >=))>

Bill and Sandy ,I appreciate your comments and detailed analysis of the image. I will admit that I may have a heavy hand when it comes to sharpening , but, I am looking at a screen shot on a 16in Mac Pro , not a full size image. Would you suggest a full size image view when sharpening ?
