Supine Painted Hills

OK, this is a bit of a Rorschach test, and you can decide my diagnosis.
When I saw this intersection of curves I was entranced at the image of a supine abdomen and thighs. Lots of puffy clouds passing quickly, so I figured a short wait and the background hills would be darkened and the subject lit up. An HOUR later, finally it happened.
Now that I process this in the last few days, I realize that at least two other sensuous interpretations could be made of this forms; will leave that to your imagination. :slight_smile:

What artistic feedback would you like if any?

Light and darkened versions are available. The lighter is a bit restful and more faithful to the place, the darker more punchy, but the darker reds make it more raw feeling.
Also a less saturated version from a slightly different angle.

This is very nice. I like the second image the most. I really love the colors and shapes and contrast. I do feel that it’s a bit unbalanced for some reason.

I changed the crop a bit to this.

Yes, I had an elongated crop. Yours settles it down.

Second one for me as well. If you’ve got a black background you may as well go somber all the way.
