Perfect timing here, and good detail on the bird. My OCD brain wishes for more canvas above the bird, for more of the wonderful reflection, but obviously there could have been something in the way. (Although these days, a lot of things can be removed so nicely with various techniques.) I also think the disturbed ripples should be level. The legs seem to be a bit at an angle so I would level on the water. If this is a crop maybe you have extra canvas to work with.

I agree with Diane’s suggestions here, and also might clean up some of the distracting junk in the water.

A nice shot of the action here, Dave. My first impression was that this could use a bit more room on the top, so I’m glad @Diane_Miller suggested it. The straightening is also a great idea. Cleaning up the water is strictly a matter of taste and mood.
