This is a multiple exposure of agaves.

Technical Details

ISO 1250, 151mm, f/5, 1/3200th sec. I could have picked a better combination of settings but I was in a creative haze.

Specific Feedback

I got what I was after with this image. Whether it was worth getting is a different question.

It does remind me of an old epic with the spearmen marching in, Don. I don’t know if you did this in camera or in post, but the layering looks superb and the visual effect is very powerful.

Thanks, Don. I’ve never played within-camera double exposures. Maybe I should try it (if I can find it in the menu).

It’s worth getting to know, Dennis. It’s not my favorite technique because it’s too unpredictable but it’s a good tool to have available.
