Description:
January 2021 brought an amazing rime ice event here in the midwest. It was spectacular and every photographer’s dream because it persisted for a few days. So out I went every day to see what could be seen. Driving the backroads is always good because there are so many things that make great subjects - like these three silos. The sun was not totally obscured by the clouds, but was slightly filtered and everything was crisp and cold.
