Tide Pool Sentinel

Image(s)

Image Description

One of my favorite locations to visit on the Maine coastline is the Pemaquid Point Lighthouse. The linear granite stone runs all the way down to the ocean, where waves crash against the rocks. Managed to be here on a rare calm day with nary a ripple in the tidepool. Wish I had added some more space at the top.

Jim, very nice! I like how the striations in the rock lead the eye to the lighthouse, and the reflection puts it WAY over the top. Great processing as well, no nits from me!

Jim, this is lovely with the pure reflection and the striations in the rocks pulling my eyes up to the lighthouse. Yes, a bit more space top, bottom and right would be good if it’s there.

Jim: You can add some space up top with generative expand pretty easily. The bottom was a bit more problematic but manageable. A place I hope to visit this fall so I’ll be looking for this vantage point. Nicely done. >=))>

Thanks for your always helpful comments Bill. Yes, great place to visit and Fall will have fewer visitors too, so enjoy.
