Time to move on

It has been a slow start to birding this spring. I shot this Egret in the marsh just off the Four Mile River, witch feed into Rocky Neck State Park on March 25, at 8:53 AM. Thank you for stopping by.

Nice capture Peter. I like the raised wing position and the fish in the beak. The bird contrasts well with the environment of the marsh.

Excellent catch, Peter. As @Allen_Sparks says, the fish and the raised wings really make the scene.

Great pose and composition, Peter, and I like the setting. The little fish is a nice bonus. Well done.

Great moment, with a lovely setting and excellent image quality. I like the inclusion of the bit of darker BG at the top.

I like the take-off pose you captured and the fish is a nice bonus.
