More Hawaiian waves in the Puna District
Very cool waves, David. I think your first post screams storm more because the sky is more impressive, but these are definitely some mean looking waves.
David, this shows some nicely dramatic wave action. The blue tones and the flying spume are fine extra bits.

This really shows off the power and fury of the sea; great line up of the wave(s).
I don’t mind the foliage so much as you’ve included enough for that tropical context. I do wonder if they were literally blowing and showed motion if that wouldn’t enhance that story feel. Still, works nicely as captured and presented.
