The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.

Description

I don’t think I exaggerate when I say I’ve taken thousands of frames of Sanderlings, in flight or otherwise. Usually I’m disappointed in the flight shots, but this one is better than most and I like the wave action behind the birds.

Any thoughts appreciated.

Canon R5; 100-500 at 500 mm; 1/4000 at f8; ISO 2000.

I can certainly empathize with that one, Allen, though I don’t visit the coast enough to make it quite to the thousands mark. I like the linear nature of the flock and the way your angle framed them just below the breaking wave. Nicely done.

I like the overall scene; the lighting and detail on the Sanderling is very good. The caption works as well.
