Water in motion

The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.

Description

I was taking photos at a favorite creek. I spent some time looking for small parts of the scene that might be interesting. When I framed this shot, I thought it was odd, which was reason enough to take the shot.

I see what you mean about it being a bit odd, but I like the flow of the water through this image. I’m not too sure about the bright white spot on the “island”. I’d be tempted to remove it to se if I prefer that version as it seems to put a dead stop in the flow.

Did you mean to put this in “Everything Else”?

Yes. I don’t know where else it would go.

You’re absolutely right about the white spot. I never noticed it. Thanks, and consider it zapped.

I guess it’s as good a place as any.

Very Cool Image. I can see and feel the energy. I see this in an abstract vibe and I think it may also work in B&W… Clone out the white spots as you probably already have. Really Good Don.

Thanks, Gill. There’s not much color in it and it does work well in B&W.
