Beautiful classic Nuthatch pose on this one, Diane. I think this composition works nicely.

Just a great image Diane. You can’t do much better than this, as the details of the bird and the background being so clean work so well. And with that pose it looks like you made pretty good use of that millisecond.

Thanks, @Dennis_Plank, @Allen_Brooks, @David_Bostock, @Ted_Forman and @Kris_Smith! These little guys (and gals) seem to have a lot of character and always doing a catch-me-if-you-can thing. When I look at it on a white BG it looks a little underexposed, and the histogram bears that out. Did a RP about half a stop brighter.

HI Diane, Love seeing these guys as they do their thing around the yard here. This is a very nice catch with a classic pose and fine detail. Pleasing BG. Love seeing the topside of the bird so well. Repost looks great.
