The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.
Description
Similar to Acorn Woodpecker antics but on a compressed timescale. This was from a good morning a week ago. I need to throw some brush into that grassy field behind the feeders (maybe by 40 ft) to give a little BG interest.

All comments welcome!
Technical Details
The same old routine. Minor global tonal tweaks in LR. Into PS for Topaz Denoise (hardly visible t this image size) and some cloning. Removed part of the feeder on the left. Early morning shade before the sun came over a hill to the east.

I think this is the best nuthatch you’ve posted so far. I love the head down, stare you down eyeball in this one. There is nothing wrong, and everything right with the BG here.
Another great nuthatch pose, Diane. Your setups are getting a nice workout lately.
Hi, This bird’s unusual pose caught my eye. I was so fixed on the bird, I did not really pay attention to the background. I like that the neutral tone matches the branch. My eye was fixed on the bird. He reminds me of the incredible postures of Olympic athletes whether diving or on the balance beam.
Hi Diane, another fine nuthatch image. Love the pose and the diagonal perch. BG is quite complimentary. Fine details. Well done.
Great image of the nuthatch with a classic pose. Nice perch and background.
Thanks, @Ed_Williams, @Dennis_Plank, @annlouiselyman, @Allen_Sparks and @Allen_Brooks! I’m having fun trying to get some shots of these guys. Today an Oak Titmouse was trying the same routine – did it watch and learn? Not sure it could ever match the acrobatic poses of the Nuthatches, though.
