Description

Another Bird form the garden at Savegre Lodge. Oddly, I didn’t see this species at Paraiso Quetzal even though they’re not that far apart in location or altitude. This one likes to hang out in the brush, hence the rather busy images.

Specific Feedback

Is the environment too busy?

Hi Dennis, both nice poses with the first glancing back at us and the second showing off his front so well. I’m enjoying seeing the preferred habitat in these images. Nicley done.

Another fine shot of a beautiful bird. Amazing colors. Never having seen or heard of this bird, I like inclusion of busyness; it lets me know where these birds live. A tiny nit: the magenta spot in the first draws a little attention.

Wow, what color. It’s too bad we only have a couple of species here in the PNW. I like the first one best.
