Description
This Aspen here stopped me dead in my tracks while driving on the high rocky and muddy mountain road in the Jemez Mountains of New Mexico. I found this tree and its bare skin and white branches so unique up against the deep dark green spruces in the background. I didn’t have to do much. It was just standing there tall and proud waiting for me and my camera to take its portrait and tell its story!
