You caught a great moment here, Allen. I particularly like the bit of seaweed dangling from the shell. You don’t mention cropping and it’s hard to control during the action, but zooming out a bit more might have provided more room for the hidden leg on the bottom and the bird in general.

Fun Gull image…I agree it could be a looser crop, more at the bottom.

We see Gulls all the time, it is nice to view a photograph of one that can hold your interest. Very nice detail, action and color.
