Excellent job handling the whites on the backlit bird, Saundie. I could see taking a little off the right side of the frame, but that’s a matter of taste. I like the pose and the craggy rock .

Hi Saundie, a nice pose and great perch. Nice details. Love seeing these different Australian birds. Agree with taking some off the right. A fine image either way.

Neat looking bird and the whites are handled well. I agree with cropping from the right; it might give a better feel for the bird about to take off into the space on the left.
