I wanted to try the 100mm macro at 1:1.4 and found this very tiny insect, have no clue what it is.

Wow, what a crazy little thing. I’d bet it’s a larvae of some kind. Looks like it has 6 legs, but no wings. Possibly a lacewing larvae. I just googled and it looks really similar. Very small indeed. Nice find, not sure I can suggest any improvements since it’s kind of a documentarian kind of image. Did it ever face out of the flower?
It just sat there and when I turned around and looked back it moved around out of site
Dean, what an interesting find. I have no idea what it is, so will trust that @Kris_Smith found it in her search. He was being shy it seems. South side isn’t what we photographers want, but sometimes that is all nature gives us.
