Description
Last one, I promise. I like the attitude of the Common Grackle and Hermit Thrush. The sapsucker looks pretty much like the red-breasted variety we see out west. The Palm Warbler was the only warbler I saw; probably too early for the warbler migration.

Very cool assemblage, Allen. I do like the poses of the grackle and Hermit Thrush. To my eye all of these look a bit oversharpened, particularly in the largest view. It might just be the positionof my seat relative to my screen, but I think I’d like the thrush a bit higher in the frame. Detail in all of these is superb.

Great group of images! They are all excellent. but my vote goes to the Palm Warbler. Not only is it a beautiful little bird, the detail and color are superb. My only nit is the leaf stem that crosses the bird’s tail. You might consider cloning it out.
I love the expressions of the Grackle and the Thrush.

Nice set of images Allen. I’m fascinated with Palm Warblers too but have zero shots of one. Nice catch. I like the attitude shown in the first and last images also. The hermit thrush seems to be daring you to take another step.

The bookends are great. The large leaf sort of dwarfs the Common Grackle. All four photographs have great detail and coloring. Nice work.
