Description

On my last day in Oregon last October I did some wandering around at Harris Beach and came across this interesting rock face. It was a target rich environment and I have may takes on it but especially liked the color palette of this scene. All comments welcome. >=))>

Outstanding formation here, Bill. The various vivid colors and structuring in the right locations give me thoughts of looking down on a large sea groper or sea bass. Excellent detail in this formation… :sunglasses:

Bill, the variety of colors and shapes make this a fine rock abstraction.

I’ve looked at this image several times over the past couple weeks in the Latest and Weekly Challenge overviews, but suddenly, this morning I saw the very sad, melancholy face with a bruised eye. But I also appreciate the rich variety of the tones and textures of the rock structure itself. Very nice capture.
