Nice scene. Looks good in b&w as it emphasizes the swirling shapes and textures very well. Without seeing a histogram, it looks as if the white and black points are where they need to be. I like the line of surf leading to the back of the photo. Good job putting the horizon so high as there isn’t anything interesting in the sky. I find the contrast is good and there is some nice variation showing the wet and dry sand so the monochrome works for me.
