We’ve had a lot of rain by desert standards and some cholla are blooming out of season.

There are raindrops on the flower. Some of them almost make the petals look pockmarked. Is that a problem?

I like the drops on the flower in this unusual composition, Don. While cutting off the flower is a different sort of look, I do find the image very interesting.

Well composed, Don. The water droplets on the flower seem to mimic the center of the spines.
