During the pandemic I’ve been avoiding travel and occasionally ventured locally to capture some images. This was taken few days ago along one of the Potomac branches at the C&O Canal in MD.

Is this a composite: No
The image was captured with 720nm IR converted Sony A7R . The image was converted to B&W and processed in PS 23.2 with TK8.

I love IR B&W images, Izzy, and this one is no exception. Well done. Curious how long your shutter speed was? I use a 720 filter on my regular camera and the shutter times are generally quite long. I have heard that’s not the case with an IR converted camera.

When using an IR converted camera, shutter speed is similar to normal photography. In this case, it was 1/80 at f/11 and ISO 200.
