Bill, both are fine images for this weeks WC theme. The moon slices make a nice addition to the palm structures. For me the first one is excellent and the moon slice there in the darker sky is a real plus on that scene… :+1:
Do they have palm trees in AZ ?.. :clown_face:

Bill, both views look good. I do think the first post has more emotional appeal. The visual balane between the tree top and the sliver of moon works very well, all set off by the nicely colored sky.

My favorite is the first, probably because of the color palette, and the balance of the moon position & tree. Also kinda cool how the tree is silhouette, and the moon is front lit - opposites! I do like the second image as well. And yes, there are LOTS of palm trees in AZ.

Beautifully seen.

How did I miss these!?? Both are wonderful, but the simplicity of the first has a very special appeal.
