What artistic feedback would you like if any?

While just a bird on a stick, I was happy with this image as the stick was sort of interesting and the background from the Ponderosa pine created some nice patterns.

He is beautiful, Keith, and you captured him very well. I agree that the perch and those needles in the background help make the shot. Love the head turn and beak open.

The pine needle bg gives this a nice unique look. I like the pose of full on back and head turn. It really shows off the bird. Dandy shot.

I’ve always loved Ponderosa Pine backgrounds, Keith and this is no exception. Great job on the grosbeak, particularly the white wing patch which is really difficult to hold down.
