Description

Cold weather does not daunt our little snowdrops. We do cover them with the other plants during freezes but when we remove the covers they happily greet the sun and I imagine them scolding us for leaving them in the dark a few days. They are the first of our flowers to bloom every year and these two are the initiators of the blooming season. It won’t be long and we will have a veritable blizzard of them. Now that’s the kind of blizzard I can enjoy! >=))>

Specific Feedback

Windy this morning so kudos to great gear that kept the focus sharp despite the subject movement. I could have gone to f22 but felt this DOF choice was the most pleasing. What say you?

I like your choice of dof, Bill. A lovely image. I’m looking forward to the blizzard.

Great handling of the whites, Bill, with excellent detail when viewed large. An attractive image.
