Last week was peak color in the Cottonwoods along the Yellowstone River (about 2 weeks later than I’ve seen in 15 years). That’s Emigrant Peak behind the trees. (R5, 24-105 @ 105, 1/50 s, f/16, iso 400, tripod and polarizer)

Mark, a truly wonderful scene. You can’t beat the yellows of those well fed cottonwoods. If there is water they can really come to life…
