One of my favorite birds and often a challenge to photograph. This is outstanding.
Nice timing! The hoodie is such a great subject. This is one of these images that might be stronger with a tighter crop to show off the primary intent of the image.
Excellent details and timing, Eddie. I like the low angle and golden reflections on the water. I tend to like Keith’s suggestion of a tighter crop, but it depends on the use of the image and your intent. The raised crest is really cool.
Wonderful! I’d crop quite a bit from the top and a little from both sides – that fish really deserves to show.
