The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.
Description
I visited a swamp in northwest Tennessee this past weekend. There were many of these tree frogs clinging to the reeds on the banks. I was pleased to get an unobstructed view of this guy with the focal plane pretty much lined up for me.
Specific Feedback
Any thoughts on overall composition and BG. I’m fine with the BG but would like to hear any other thoughts. From past experience, it’s been tough to get a clear shot of these “out in the wild” so I’m pretty pleased with this one.

Allen, this looks great to me, as is. Perfect POF, nice diagonal, and the natural BG is fine. I DO wonder what lowering the frog in the frame might do, so it’s in the lower half instead of the upper half.
An excellent catch!
Allen, I really like this as is for me. The shades of green and brown in his environment just compliments him nicely. Not sure how you even saw him, he blends so well. I like the diagonal lines nature has provided here. I can see why you are pleased with this image.
This is sooo good Allen. Great job handling those greens and still getting some definition in the frog. I love that eye. I would be very happy with this one too.
Lighting on the frog is perfect. Normally, highlights can be a problem, but nice soft lighting took care of those issues. Comp is fine and the yellow stem fits right in to emphasize the diagonals…Jim
Excellent, Allen. I love the way the frog has flattened itself out on the reed. I like the way the reed angles across the frame and the background leaves work well.
Allen: I don’t have much to add to the other comments but I like the various greens and the diagonals in the BG. A really nice find and a superb capture. >=))>
